{"id":122,"date":"2022-03-29T10:32:44","date_gmt":"2022-03-29T13:32:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www2.cisi.coppe.ufrj.br\/?page_id=122"},"modified":"2025-01-17T11:09:18","modified_gmt":"2025-01-17T14:09:18","slug":"suporte-e-infraestrutura","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.cisi.coppe.ufrj.br\/index.php\/servicos\/suporte-e-infraestrutura\/","title":{"rendered":"Suporte e Infraestrutura"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"col-md-12\">\n<div class=\"page-content\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A equipe de suporte e infraestrutura \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por cerca de: 13 servidores; 140 esta\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho; 50 impressoras e 30 ativos de redes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Principais atividades da equipe:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Geral da Rede<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Para a garantia do bom andamento da rede utilizada pela COPPE, o CISI \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pela administra\u00e7\u00e3o geral desta, onde o mesmo fornece aos usu\u00e1rios os equipamentos de inform\u00e1tica devidamente configurados para utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Suporte T\u00e9cnico<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">No intuito de administrar e manter as atividades t\u00e9cnicas de sua rede, o CISI coloca \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9todos de atendimento e de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, fornecendo atendimento de qualidade aos seus usu\u00e1rios no que concerne a servi\u00e7os t\u00e9cnicos de infraestrutura de rede e suporte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Sistema de Chamados (HelpDesk)<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">A abertura de chamados \u00e9 realizada no sistema de helpdesk do CISI, que possibilita uma maior agilidade e transpar\u00eancia no atendimento do suporte t\u00e9cnico.
